Sunday can be an odd day. For some, its busy organising others, ourselves, catching up, shopping and all the ‘stuff’ left over from the week before. Like most people I set off on Friday evening, then by Sunday afternoon realise I haven’t done half the tasks I’ve set myself.
In all this activity however, its important, I would say essential to take time for yourself and breath. Allow yourself the ‘gift’ if you like of that walk in the fresh air, TV guilty pleasure, or weekend slab of cake that is a world away from spirialized courgette (which I love too, but Saturday cake is fabulous).
